Dear Michael, Just a quick note to thank you for all you did to make our daughter's engagement party so successful. The food was delicious and the chef very professional. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole evening and I couldn't imagine the night going so well without him. So once again, thank you for all your efforts. We really appreciated it.
